Would Not Recommend Due to Hygiene and Safety Concerns

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff appeared largely uninterested and spent much of their time on their phones rather than actively supervising the play areas. Some were even watching or listening to loud videos while sitting in corners, which further reduced their attentiveness. Hygiene standards were also concerning. Accompanying adults were wearing footwear inside the play area, children were allowed in without socks, and we found a dirty sock inside the toddler ball pit. A child picked it up and put it in their mouth before anyone intervened. We also noticed used tissues among the toys and discarded bottles in the ball pit. These issues were clearly visible to staff, yet there seemed to be little effort to clean, tidy, or address them. The play areas, particularly the toddler section, were extremely messy, with toys and equipment scattered everywhere and no apparent effort to maintain order throughout the day. Most concerning of all, we noticed what appeared to be mold growing behind some of the plastic structures. This poses a serious health risk, especially in an environment designed for young children. Given the lack of supervision, poor hygiene practices, and concerning cleanliness issues, we will not be returning.

Had to drag the kids out!

Yep, dunno what these negative reviews are and I was a bit dubious... But my 6 year old I literally had to climb to the top and drag him out he was loving it that much and as for my 2 year even he trolled me whilst I hunted down his brother. Definitely go back again
